Preparation:
1. Start by cutting 500 grams of tender beef (such as fillet or sirloin) into thin strips.

– 500 grams of beef (such as tenderloin or sirloin)
– 1 large onion
– 250 grams of mushrooms
– 2 tablespoons of butter
– 2 deciliters of sour cream
– 1 deciliter of beef broth
– 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
– 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
– Salt and black pepper to taste

Cooking:
1. Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter.
2. Add the sliced beef to the pan and brown it in batches until it develops a nice sear. Then remove the meat and set it aside.
3. Add the chopped onion to the same pan and sauté until it becomes translucent and slightly golden.
4. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook them until they become soft and acquire a nice color.
5. Return the browned meat to the pan along with the onions and mushrooms.
6. Pour 2 deciliters of sour cream and 1 deciliter of beef broth into the pan.
7. Also, add 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.
8. Stir well to thoroughly combine all the ingredients.
9. Let the dish simmer over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly and the flavors are well blended.
10. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
